Bookkeeping Hourly Rate

For bookkeeping clean-ups and new client engagements, our rate is $120 + GST per hour. To begin, we require payment for a block of 5 hours in advance. We accept credit cards (excluding surcharges) and bank transfers.

For the first four (4) weeks, we typically work on an hourly basis to assess and optimise your systems and processes. After this period, we transition to a fixed-fee weekly, fortnightly or monthly retainer.

From $440 per month + GST

• Bank account reconciliations up to 2 bank accounts

• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Monthly Profit and Loss Reports

• Annual WorkCover review & lodgement
• Year-end BAS reconciliation and adjustments
• Monthly 30-minute online check-in meeting
