45-Minute Business Fix: Let’s Zoom In $200 + GST
For more detailed assistance, choose our 45-minute session. We’ll dive deeper into your bookkeeping or Xero challenge, offering thorough solutions to ensure you’re fully equipped to manage your finances smoothly.

Bookkeeping Hourly Rate
For bookkeeping clean-ups and new client engagements, our rate is $120 + GST per hour. To begin, we require payment for a block of 5 hours in advance. We accept credit cards (excluding surcharges) and bank transfers.
For the first four (4) weeks, we typically work on an hourly basis to assess and optimise your systems and processes. After this period, we transition to a fixed-fee weekly, fortnightly or monthly retainer.

Level 1: Foundations
From $440 per month + GST
Includes:
• Xero management & optimisation
• Bank account reconciliations up to 2 bank accounts
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Monthly Profit & Loss Reports
• Quarterly Business Activity Statements
• Year-end BAS reconciliation and adjustments
• Quarterly 30-minute online meeting
• General Email support, within 48 hours

• Invoice generation & management (high volume)
